Our return policy is valid for a period of 28 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If the period of 28 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a return. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment or store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective/damaged
- Product is incorrect/missing
- Product must be unused, unwashed,and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
- Product must must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To process your return, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase that clearly indicates which items are being returned. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will cannot proceed. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing. When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
We can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time returned items come back to the Distribution Center, except in very limited circumstances, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
